This Web Data Protection Policy ("Policy") describes how Crowe Horwath First Trust Outsourcing Pte Ltd ("Crowe SG") collects, processes, uses and discloses information through your use of Crowe enoFin Web Application (the "Web").
This Policy does not apply to our collection of data through our websites other than those web pages accessed directly by the Web.
Purposes for the Collection and Use of Your Personal Data
The following personal information may be collected through your use of the Web:

• Your contact information such as address, phone number, fax and email

By submitting personal data to us, you are providing explicit consent to trans-border transmission of such data as described in this Policy. We will ensure that any transfer of personal data to a territory outside of Singapore will be in accordance with the Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") so as to ensure a standard of protection to personal data so transferred that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA.
